3. Subscription Terms

  • Limited to 3 messages per month
  • 1 chat history storage
  • Basic AI assistance

3.2. Basic Plan ($4.99/month)

  • 50 messages per month
  • 3 chat history storage
  • Enhanced AI features

3.3. Pro Plan ($9.99/month)

  • Unlimited messages
  • Unlimited chat history storage
  • Premium AI features and priority support

Important Subscription Information

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Cancel anytime through the App Store settings
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about device issues
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Not use the service to diagnose devices that could pose safety risks without proper expertise

5. AI Limitations and Disclaimers

  • AI recommendations are suggestions, not professional repair advice
  • Always follow safety precautions when working with electronics
  • Disconnect power and remove batteries before attempting any repairs
  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from following AI recommendations

6. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to such processing. We take your privacy seriously and implement appropriate security measures.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FixHub AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use FixHub AI:

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

The information, tools, and services provided through FixHub AI are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
